Open AiR studio 355: Chloe Knibbs
Join UK-based composer and sound artist, Chloe Knibbs, for an open studio event – where she will share her latest works-in-progress.
Currently one of the USF artists-in-residence, Chloe’s practice draws together contemporary classical composition, songwriting, field recording, sonic collage and photography. Key interests to her work include using creativity to form new connections with dead women composers and using playfulness and subversion to explore new narratives within classical music history.
The open studio will be a sharing of interdisciplinary work, that explores portraiture, imagined characters and a playful re-imagining of our relationship with classical music.
Free-entry/ Drop-In. Refreshments will also be available.
